These terms are the agreement between you and Paksz for using this website. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not create an account. How to list, ship, and bid is also set out in the rules and regulations.

Paksz is a Pokemon trading card website for set lists, prices, pack expected value (EV), card shows, a forum, and member auctions and sales. It is run by Marin, based in New South Wales, Australia. In these terms, “Paksz”, “we”, and “us” mean that site and its operator.
You accept these terms by using Paksz. If you create an account, you also accept them by ticking “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” before you submit the join form. The version you accept, and the time you accept it, is stored with your account.
You may use Paksz if you are able to agree to these terms. If you are under 18, review them with a parent or guardian before you join, bid, or pay anyone.
One person, one account. Use a real email address and a display name you are happy to show on the forum, market, auctions, and live pages. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your login, including activity by someone you let use it. You can reset a lost password from the log in page.
Give accurate information. Do not create an account for someone else, share an account, or pretend to be another person. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account if information is wrong, the account is shared, or it is used to break these terms, the rules, or to harm other people.
Use Paksz for your own personal browsing, collecting, and community posts. You must not:
Prices, pack EV, sold averages, mover lists, and other market figures on Paksz are estimates for general information. They are not financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any card, pack, or box.
Figures can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. A price is not a promise that you can buy or sell at that number. Pack EV is not a promise of what is inside a pack, and it is not a promise of resale value. You decide what to do with the information.
Paksz does not take any responsibility for trades, sales, swaps, or payments between users, or between you and a third party. That includes people you meet through the site (forum, market, auctions, or any other page), people you meet at a card show listed on Paksz, and people you deal with through a linked marketplace such as TCGplayer or eBay.
We are not the seller, the buyer, or the owner of the cards. We do not hold the items. Market checkout may be processed by Stripe between members. Auction trades may be paid off the site. In every case the deal is between the people involved, not with Paksz. Listing standards for description, postage, and conduct are on the rules page. Those rules do not make Paksz a party to the sale.
To the extent the law allows, Paksz is not liable for scams, fraud, counterfeit cards, items that are not as described, non-delivery, or any other loss from those trades, sales, swaps, or payments. Nothing in this section excludes, restricts, or modifies a right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where Paksz itself supplies a service to you, the limits in Liability and the Australian Consumer Law apply.
Buyer beware. Check who you are dealing with, inspect the cards before you pay, use a protected payment method, and report suspicious users on the name and shame board or by email to support@paksz.com.
Card details, images, and prices may come from the Pokemon TCG API, TCGplayer (including public feeds such as TCGCSV), Cardmarket, eBay, and other public sources. Show details come from organisers and public event information. Those names, datasets, and websites belong to their owners.
A link from Paksz does not mean we run, control, or endorse that site or person. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, availability, or terms. Your use of a third-party site is between you and that site.
Card shows listed on Paksz are run by other people and organisations, not by Paksz. Dates, venues, tickets, and guests change. Check with the organiser before you travel or buy tickets. We are not responsible if a show is cancelled, moved, or different from the listing.
Pokemon, related names, logos, card artwork, and set symbols are trademarks and copyright of their owners. Paksz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Creatures, or Game Freak. We use those names and images to identify products collectors are looking up.
You keep ownership of what you post: forum threads and replies, your display name, market and auction listings, photos, and live-stream details. You give Paksz a non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display that content so the site can run. The licence lasts for as long as the content is on the site, and for a short time in backups after you delete it.
You confirm you have the right to post the content, and that it does not break these terms or someone else’s rights. We may remove content, or limit who can see it, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the rules. Other people’s posts and listings are theirs. Deals you make from them are covered by Trades, sales and scams.
Paksz does not sell personal data.
If you create an account, Supabase (the service that hosts accounts and the member database) stores your email address, a protected password, and account data. Account data includes your display name and the terms version and time you accepted these terms (for this version, terms_version 2026-10-17 and terms_accepted_at). Forum posts and replies are stored in Supabase and shown with your display name, not your email. If you sell on Market, Supabase also stores your listings, listing photos, seller account details, and orders. Stripe processes Market checkout. Auction drafts and some live-stream details you create may be saved in this browser for your account.
We use that information to run your account, show the content you post, remember that you accepted these terms, and protect the site. We do not sell it. Supabase and Stripe process it for us under their own terms. You can change your display name on your account page. To ask us to correct other account data, or to close your account, email support@paksz.com.
The Paksz name, logo, page layout, and original text on this site belong to Paksz. You may share a normal link to a page. You may not copy the site’s design or code, or reuse its compiled data, to build a competing service. Card names and artwork shown here belong to their owners, as set out under Pokemon trademarks.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Paksz is an information and community website. To the extent the law allows, we provide the site and its data as is and as available. We do not warrant that prices, expected values, show listings, or other content are complete, current, or free of errors, or that the site will be uninterrupted or secure.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage from your use of the site, reliance on prices or expected values, deals with other people or third parties, travel to a listed show, or a third-party website. That includes loss of profit, loss of data, and indirect or consequential loss, and the losses described in Trades, sales and scams.
If the Australian Consumer Law applies to a service we supply to you, and the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having the service supplied again. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or any liability that Australian law does not allow us to limit.
You may stop using Paksz at any time. You may ask us to close your account by emailing support@paksz.com. We may suspend or close your account, remove content, or stop providing the site if you break these terms, if we need to for security, or if we stop running Paksz. Sections that should continue after access ends, including privacy, intellectual property, trades and sales, liability, and governing law, still apply.
We may update these terms. The new version will replace this page and will show its own effective date. This version is effective on 17 October 2026 (version 2026-10-17). If you keep using Paksz on or after a later effective date, you accept the updated terms. If you have an account and you do not agree to a new version, stop using the site and ask us to close your account. The version recorded at sign-up stays on your account as the version you accepted then.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction over disputes about them. You can still take a consumer matter to a fair trading body or a court or tribunal that the Australian Consumer Law allows.
